These moves I do nearly every morning before I get out of bed! Yep, I did stress make movement a habit, develop a personal practice. The little knees rolls are called ‘apanasana’ great for reducing lower back tension. Wrapping your knees and swinging from side to side is a lovely movement. That key phrase ‘self massage’ would you massage yourself so hard it would hurt?!  This deep sense of ‘just enough’ playing with your edge and listening to your body is THE point.
