I tried to keep the intro below 1 minute but to stress again. These small video edits are designed without much equipment, without mats, maybe a blanket and a belt but that is it.

Being injured is something we all want to avoid as runners, that injury cycle is not a good place to be. Moving your body on a daily basis ‘bullet proofs’ your body against regular running injuries. Being strong, mobile and balanced is important. Moving well while running requires not only a change in mind set but also an awareness of how you move, listening to your body in the moment.

Try to develop a personal practice beyond classes, beyond Youtube, focus on your body, the quality of your breath and your mind will settle plus all the physiological benefits of breathing properly as well will follow.
