You do not need a yoga mat, changing surfaces is a great idea, feel the texture and ground. In this small clip I emphasis NOT to the think about the shape you are making but the 4 point balance and strength through the arms across the back and into your feet. Suspend yourself and keep off the ground for about 20 seconds x3, you will be surprised where you feel it. Enjoy 🙂

Foot activation is talked about a lot, but note how much of your body works with this small exercise.
