I’m not a runner

not a walker. I’m a human being. The exercise we all take exists in the context of our whole lives, and it is essential to find a decent balance amongst competing priorities. The balance we need to find will be different at different times. What’s great about Chi Running and Walking is that I am able to work on my running form even when I’m not ‘exercising’.

That said, I do find for me that I can’t seem to find the right way to balance my life if exercise is missing entirely. For me I seem to start withering away and coping much less well with the stresses and strains of life if when exercise is only at a minimal level.

The Chi Marathon book arrived through my letter box today and I have a least 2 other book reviews waiting to be running so keep watching this space for some more thoughts and views.
