Book Review: Born to Run (Christopher McDoughall)

explore the question of ‘did we really evolve to run long distances?’ There is also a very revealing discussion on the modern trainer. I personally had never heard that debate before, and it was very well explained with practical examples in the book. If you want to try a radical alternative there is so much on the market now in terms of barefoot running, not least of all here!

This is a really compelling book which it bound to get you having a go at minimalist or even barefoot running.

Read this book if you love running, love a good story, or just love finding out about other people.
