Freedom on the Trails
Use these events as a way to learn Chi Running, or to develop your skills further. For Chi Running to become a holistic practice, and for your new skills to become habits, most people need some form of ongoing advice and support. Each Freedom on the Trails event will have a chi running focus that will be explained in advance, and I will guide you through a range of focusses during the run. I offer several opportunities throughout the year to drop in and go for a run with me in the Holme Valley / North Derbyshire areas. These sessions must be pre-booked.
How are you doing?
Everyone who attends one of these sessions will receive brief, informal feedback on their running and ongoing advice. I may ask to video you running for this purpose if the session is a busy one.
Please note I go running in any weather apart from a hurricane (that too sometimes.) I do not cancel sessions if it is wet, and I pick smoother paths that are safer for running on in the dark - so come prepared.
