Chi Running Explained...Chi Running is a training technique for running which emphasises energy efficiency and injury prevention. It is a natural, minimal, relaxed approach to running that emphasises the mind body link. It develops use of the core muscles and shifts emphasis away from the lower legs. Many people experience a revolution in their running when they adopt the Chi Running method. Chi Running was developed by Danny Dreyer, ultra marathon runner, who combined key principles from Tai Chi with the sport of running. Hence the word 'Chi!' Summer 1-1 sessions
I offer a few 1-1 sessions in July / August. Achieve your goals as a runner with Chi Running. Places are strictly limited. Contact me to arrange a date. £30 per hour.

Training Plans
The Freedom To Run training plan is individually tailored. Distances 10k - Ultra. Your plan will be highly specific to your own individual needs, and based on tried and tested workouts from Chi Running and other approaches. Plans are delivered digitally through the Google Drive app.
£35 - basic plan with email consulation.
£70 - premium plan with two telephone consultations and Garmin device setup.
